I absolutely loved my stay at this little gem of a hotel in Cusco. The staff were incredibly friendly and always on hand to help with any questions or problems. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were cozy and quiet. The breakfast, prepared by a lovely lady named Marilu, was excellent with a variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the personalized service, as the staff remembered my name when I returned after a few days. the service, location, and staff were all exceptional. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and warm. the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. the hotel is located in a safe and central area, with easy access to tourist spots and shops.
The showers were almost always cold, which was a major disappointment. the Wi-Fi was spotty and only worked in the reception area.

This hotel is a gem! The medieval decoration gives it a unique charm, making you feel like you're staying in a castle. The staff are incredibly helpful, allowing us to store our luggage while we explored Macchu Pichu. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, with options like omelettes and fresh fruits. Plus, the hotel's location near the historic center and the tourist center made it convenient for exploring the city.
No complaints, everything was perfect!

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed the warm and helpful staff who always made me feel welcome. Not only did they provide a comfortable and cozy bed, but they also served a delicious breakfast every morning. the location was perfect as it was close to all the main attractions and landmarks I wanted to visit.
Although my experience at this hotel was overall positive, there were a few things that could be improved. the hot water took a bit of time to heat up, which could be frustrating when wanting to take a quick shower.

For the price we paid, we got great value! The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square, and we were surrounded by beautiful buildings and monuments. The staff treated us like family and made us feel right at home.
The breakfast menu could use a little improvement, perhaps offering a wider variety of options.
